This was taken during my many months of sleep deprivation. Just recently I was making Adam a scrapbook and discovered it. I hadn't noticed the hand gesture before. For some reason it makes me laugh. I am his mother, kinda odd. Nice kid ;/. This is at eight months old.

Waldorf Kindergarten Workshop

This past week I spent many an hour at the Rudolf Steiner College, taking a workshop that was very meaningful and thought provoking. Unfortunately, public education courses are usually the opposite. Adam made the sacrifice and gave up his routine, and toys for five days. I learned so many things that will benefit him (I don't feel too guilty). The main premise was, it's about the process and not the product.


Some of the wool felt dolls we made. So simple and pretty.


I found a wonderful Nanny, Danielle, who cared for Adam while I attended classes.


Adam and I spent some evenings at a nearby river.
